And just how valid are the allegations of sexual harassment? The big question within all the political baloney is whether or not Herman Cain sexually harasses women. The question is critical because it speaks directly to his character. It's difficult to know for sure. Just because an agreement or settlement with the women in question was reached, doesn't mean that there was guilt on his part. However, Cain blaming the Perry campaign doesn't address the issue and looks rather pathetic.
